Generally If you have registered for an account for booking appointments, subcribed for future newsletters or made contact with us on our website your name, address, telephone number and email address will be stored on our database. 

So specifically we may collect, record, organise, structure, store, adapt, alter, retrieve, consult, use, disclose by transmission, disseminate or otherwise make available, align or combine, restrict, erase or destroy the following types of personal information about you:

• Personal contact details such as name, title, addresses, telephone numbers, and personal email addresses.

• If relevant to your appointment or consultation your title and place of work

• if relevant to your appointment or consultation your Location information such as your postcode and postal address

• Information relevant to customer surveys for example your personal views and opinions on our current or future services where provided.

• Photograph - if provided via Facebook or Google or other social media connection in your own use in registering for an account.

• We may record a telephone call or your one-to-one videoconferencing discussion or conversation for your own learning, training and personalised study skills purposes. You will be notified if any such audio or video recording is considered, suggested for your own post learning experience that may take place at the commencement of any booked call, appointment or consultation you are having with us at PocketASL.

Information we will never hold
 

We do not collect, store or use sensitive personal information.

Information we hold for promotions and marketing purposes

If you are subscribed, we have: Your name and email address.

We will hold your data as long as you have an account with us, unless you make contact to specifically request that your data be deleted. Please refer to our Your Rights section of this policy for instructions on how to request deletion of your data.

How we store and protect your data

We treat your data with the utmost care and take appropriate steps to protect it. All of our data is held on a secure database. We only use this information to communicate with you and if you have chosen to opt into our email promotions and/or emailed newsletter. We will only communicate with you via these, unless it's in response to pre or post appointments and/or your own booked consultations.

Do we sell your data or information?

No. PocketASL will never sell your data or information to any third parties.

PocketASL Privacy Policy does not apply to other future enabled advertisers or linked websites.
